Both Team Rainbow and V8 Juice had one foot in the playoff door heading into the final week. Only to have that door forcibly slammed shut on their foot after losing their week 14 matchups. Leaving them both limping as they're forced to take the walk of shame down the hall to the the losers bracket.
But just as one door closes another opens, as it did for my Raging Rhinos. Who were able to move up from 7th place to 4th place thus securing the final playoff spot in part to a series of events seen by many as most improbable. All in thanks to Jamie's V8 Vegetarians losing to smash somthin. In an 86 - 71 loss where Jamie's team clearly gave everything they had in their losing effort.

The teams that didn't have the fortune of controlling their own destiny
C.O.P needs to Win and have either V8 Juice or Rainbow lose (has tie breaker over Murder app and Rhinos)
Murderapolis needs a Win and a loss by both Rainbow and V8 or a loss by C.O.P. and a loss by either Bow or V8
Raging Rhinos needs a Win and a loss by both Rainbow and V8 and a loss by either C.O.P. or Murderapolis
While the odds were not in my favor, I apparently was in the favor of the gods week 14. How else does one explain the fury in which my enemies were struck down with, almost as if by Zeus's own lighting bolts. What they had assumed would be smooth sailing ended shockingly. Leaving a well timed raincloud overhead masking their tears of utter defeat.
What I thought would be an easy playoff stretch facing Team Rainbow, Gr8 V8, and Justin's Superb Team! Turned into any thing but, after getting blown out 107- 62 vs Rainbow and the next week I lose a must win matchup vs the vegetarian. Its Understandable for doubt to creep in. But to think in one weeks time I could go from feeling
To shouting from snow covered roof tops the next week that...
Just think when its all said and done I could be wearing this to next years draft.
